Are you licensed & insured?
Yes. Simons Contracting, LLC is fully licensed and insured and holds both a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and Home Improvement Contractor registration. We take safety, code compliance, and proper installation seriously on every project.

Siding & Gutter Questions
Do you install vinyl & fiber cement siding?
Yes. We install vinyl siding, board-and-batten siding, fiber cement siding, cedar siding, and other exterior siding options. We can help you choose a style and material that fits your home while providing long-lasting weather protection.
Do you offer seamless gutter installation?
Yes. We install seamless aluminum gutter systems, including 5-inch and 6-inch K-style gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. Seamless gutters help reduce leak points and provide a clean, finished appearance.
Can you repair damaged gutter and fascia?
Yes. We repair and replace damaged gutters, fascia boards, fascia metal, downspouts, and related exterior trim. We can also correct loose sections, improper pitch, wind damage, and areas where water is not draining properly.

How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?

Do you offer roof coatings?
Yes. We install silicone roof coating systems on qualifying commercial and low-slope roofs. Roof coatings can help extend the life of an existing roofing system, improve waterproofing, and provide a cost-effective alternative to a complete roof replacement when the existing roof is a good candidate.
Can you help with leaks and storm damage?
